Purpose of our program provides door-to-door services to non-emergency transportation for the elderly and individuals with chronic illnesses who require routine medical services, physician’s appointments, to pick up prescriptions and who, because of financial problems or their physical condition, are unable to use other available means of local transportation.

 

Service is limited to selected counties surrounding Birmingham but can provide referrals to transportation coordinators in other counties.

 

Key focus medical appointments, prescription drop-off/pick-up, dental, adult daycare and airport.
