Vision1 provides door-to-door non-emergency transportation service to individuals with chronic illnesses and the elderly who can't drive or does not have transportation.

Whether your needs are for transportation to a doctor’s office, dialysis or cancer center, prescription drop-off and pick-up, adult daycare, airport or a dental appointment Vision1 is committed to making sure that you arrive safely at your destination.

Vision1 Concierge Transport Service is proud to serve Alabama 24 hours per day, seven days per week and works closely with Medicaid and multiple insurance companies.  Private pay is accepted.

Vision1 is a professional and caring transportation provider with the following standards:

​

• Background checks on all personnel

• Drug and alcohol-free work place

• All licenses and permits to work in Alabama

• All insurances meet or exceed county requirements

• We are available on all national holidays

• Uniform Drivers

• Drivers carry appropriate I.D

• Drivers have First Aid Certification and CPR certification

• Drivers will pick you up and deliver you door to door.

 

Vision1 sends each driver out with a printed invoice detailing charges for each customer that is being transported to an individual appointment. Clients are expected to prepay for services. unless prior arrangements have been made.
